Hi just signed on so I appreciate any helpful hints. I brought my car to a Porsche shop today I have only had it 2 weeks but I noticed an annoying noise behind the dash more toward the passenger side sounds like a snap or creek and only when I hit a bump or twist on rough pavement. It drives great no shaking or anything. The mechanic said he tightened numerous things under and behind the dash saying he checked all the bulletins on the car. The only thing he did not do is remove the air bag and replace or check some felt he said lines the outside area of it. Its not a mechanical problem according to him its definitely something banging or thin metal on metal contact. I am into the noise for $150 so far should I go the extra $$ and have him remove the airbag or do you guys know what this noise might be ? I could turn the radio up and just try to ignore it but I am so proud of my new vehicle and want to address any issues that could improve my enjoyment. Thanks for your help. I feel kinda crappy spending money and not having the problem resolved.:
