Hi everyone, I'm new to this site today and have a few questions hopefully someone can help me out with. I have a 2006 boxster, and I had the brake pads replaced on the front yesterday. Was planning on doing front and back but the pads sent fr te back were the wrong ones. Grrr. Anyway I had the front pads replaced and I'm curious to know how hot discs/rotors should be getting. I've done 2 short drives since they got changed going to and from work. I noticed yesterday when I got home that my alloys at the front were warm but discs were really hot, so hot I burnt my finger. Back discs/rotors were also hot but not to te extremes of the front. How hot should everything be getting down there?? I know there is gonna be some heat but not sure if they should be gettin as hot as they are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
