Help!
I'm hoping someone can help me out, before I call out the auto electrician I would prefer to have half a clue as to what is wrong first.

When the starter is turned I can hear the starter clicking and all electical functions seem to fire up aswell, the hood tries to go down, the windows hitch down as though the door has been been opened.

I must apologise for my lack of technical car speak language
