Hi, my name is Nick Arundale, I live in the North East of England, I bought a 2001 3.2 Black Boxster 2 weeks ago. I am however having a slight misfiring problem with it - wondering if this is common, all coil packs and plugs have been replaced but after 2 days it was mis firing again and the emission control system warning light has come back on?
Would appreciate some feedback if anyone has had the same problem
Thanks.

Take it to Porsche and get a diagnostic and quote. Mine did something similar and it was the Cat Convert. Yours may be as simple as an oxygen sensor but you need to have the codes read.

Welcome! Love that S!!

Timco - thanks very much for the information , appreciated, hope it's not the Cat as I would imagine that would work out a little expensive - we'll see, I will post when I find out for sure what the problem is, it may help others
