Cool 2000 roll bar pad removal how?

I need to replace the broken center windscreen mounts that are on each side of the roll bar. I cant find a way to get the soft pad off the roll bar so I can get to the metal mounts. Any one ever removed the pads to replace those? I dont see any bolts screws etc and i am afraid to just pull and break something.

Thanks In advance.

Bill

I'll check my manuals when I get to my shop tomorrow.
