New again

Hi all,
Traded my 987 back in Sep. Took until Jan 11th to get my new 981. Weather has been too crappy to get out much. I have a tracking Gantt chart I used for every step of the way if anyone is interested.
Boxster base, White, Agate/Pebble Grey two tone interior, PDK, Sport design wheel, 19" "S' wheels, Nav/Bose/XM, 14-way seats, sports tailpipe, heated/cooled seats, Roll bar in white, smoking package nicely eliminates junk tray and Rennline Tow Hook front plate mount.
.
1 Issue, I pulled the wheels to shoot the calipers in red. I have a popping noise when taking off from a stop with the wheels turned close to lock. I only had 45 miles on the car when I pulled the wheels so I don't know if it was doing it prior. I have them torqued properly. Is this normal? My 987 did it after I upgraded from the standard 17's to 19's.
